ECRJC provides trauma informed training, consulting, workshops, youth diversion programs, Circles and Conferencing to schools, courts, churches, and throughout the community. We believe that relationships and accountability are essential in the healing process. A strong community is a safe community where all can live, work, play, and thrive.
