Diana M Babcock

Diana has completed many trainings and certifications including NYS Certified Peer Specialist, Advanced Level WRAP facilitator and Volunteers of America ReST facilitator. She has been providing trauma informed peer support for over fifteen years, in systems advocacy and one to one support. She supports people in many ways, including recovery, post-partum, trauma and mental health. She is currently studying to become certified in creative arts. She has received the fundamentals training and is preparing to take Level one Breath, Body Mind teacher training so she can bring this into her professional work. She has worked for peer support agencies in NYS in several capacities, including addiction recovery, community integration, psychiatric institutions and local mental health organizations. She currently is in her eighth year at Hey Peers, an online international peer support platform.
