Chautauqua Opportunities INC. Mobile Crisis Outreach Program is made up of licensed mental health professionals, support staff, and peer/family advocates. The team responds to individuals in the community during the hours of 4:30 pm – 8:00 am on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. Our Vision: To be an educational, positive, motivational resource for community members, law enforcement, first responders, teens, young adults, and their families, in the global fight to deter mental health crisis events and combat suicide occurrences.
