Access: Supports for Living

Access: Supports for Living has served the Hudson Valley region for over 60 years and is the largest human services provider in the area; our dedicated team serves more than 20,000 unique adults and children annually through person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services. Our mission is to help people live the healthy and fullest lives possible, and our priority is serving individuals from stigmatized and underrepresented populations who live with the challenges associated with mental illness, substance use disorders, Serious Emotional Disturbances, IDD, and those experiencing unexpected, life-altering events. We provide clinical, residential, care management, crisis management, and respite services to those with behavioral health needs, substance use conditions, and IDD. We support adults, children, and families facing Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) vulnerabilities, including extreme poverty, under/unemployment, housing vulnerability, food insecurity, and interactions with the police, child welfare, family court, and criminal justice systems.
