BBM Level-1 Teacher Training is the first of a three-part training, designed for those wanting to teach BBM practices. Participants who complete all sessions and show competence in core techniques will be expected to apply BBM wellness practices in their communities.

Please note that applicants must have completed the following before applying for BBM L1 training:

  • 12-hour BBM Fundamentals Course
  • 6-week group practice with senior BBM teachers
