Breath-Body-Mind Fundamentals Course (April)

Time: 5:30pm – 9:30pm (each day)

This training helps your body and mind work together better. It can raise your energy, improve your mood, help you perform better, calm down inflammation, and lessen pain. It is for anyone who wants to feel less stressed and improve their overall health and well-being.

In the first 12 hours of this course, you will learn simple techniques that use breathing to help your mind and body relax. These techniques have been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and help you concentrate better. This is followed by participation in 6 weeks of group BBM Practice sessions.

The first part of the Fundamentals Course – 12 hours, will be taught by Dr. Brown, Dr. Gerbarg, and several senior BBM teachers.  

The second part of the Fundamentals Course – 6 weekly group practice sessions,  will be taught by senior BBM teachers.
